Edan Latzelsberger is a Director at Africa HR Solutions with extensive outsourcing expertise in Africa, including employer of record, PEO, payroll outsourcing, accounting outsourcing and compliance outsourcing.

Edan is a qualified lawyer with an MBA who has worked in London, South Africa, Mauritius and more broadly across the African continent.
In addition to outsourcing in Africa, his core competencies include strategy development and implementation; financial services (FTSE 100 experience); and M&A (buying and selling).

Edan has extensive experience working for both listed companies and private equity-owned businesses.

Viloshna Packiry Poullé is a Board Member and Director of Finance and Operations at Africa HR Solutions, bringing over 20 years of experience. Her expertise spans financial strategy, planning and operations, cash flow management, systems implementation, and large-scale process transformation.

She leads the Payroll Operations, Finance, Treasury, and Payments functions, ensuring strong governance, accurate financial reporting, and increased automation across the organisation. Since joining Africa HR Solutions in October 2020, Viloshna has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial discipline and supporting sustainable business growth, leading to her appointment to the Board.

Prior to joining Africa HR Solutions, Viloshna held senior finance leadership roles within a large multinational pharmaceutical company and a prominent listed Mauritian conglomerate. She is widely recognised for her strong attention to detail and her proven ability to streamline processes, mitigate risk, and enhance profitability.

A qualified FCCA and MBA holder, Viloshna combines deep technical expertise with a strategic and pragmatic approach. Her leadership enables Africa HR Solutions to confidently manage complex African payroll and Employer of Record solutions with accuracy, compliance and reliability.

Alex has more than 15 years of experience in the global, strategic development of both enterprise and consumer brands in categories including technology, transport, enterprise software, entertainment, and travel.

With experience in roles on both agency and corporate side, he has worked across international brands and has led the development and execution of multi-discipline campaigns across EMEA, NORAM and Asia Pacific.

His focus is on driving meaningful business impact through brand differentiation and building high-functioning, digitally oriented, and analytically driven capabilities. He is motivated by working with, and developing dynamic people, teams, and organisation.

He leads, manages, develops and mentors the Key Account Management department, including line management responsibility for the team of Key Account Managers and Key Account Administrator who represent the Company as the primary communication link between all relevant stakeholders, including clients, third party in-country partners and internal functions.

Originally from Mauritius, he holds bachelor’s degrees in International Business, Finance and Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
