We are excited to announce that Edan Latzelsberger, our Managing Director, will be a speaker at the upcoming GPA Payroll Leadership Symposium, taking place on 28th November in Cape Town, South Africa. This event will focus on the Complexities of Payroll in South Africa and Beyond, offering a deep dive into the world of payroll management across the continent.
The symposium will include four sessions.
In Session Three, Edan Latzelsberger will discuss Engaging a Distributed Workforce Across Africa. He will cover how Employer of Record (EOR) services can address talent shortages and support local economies, using practical examples from the continent.
Session Four will focus on How Advancements in Technology Will Influence the Future Role for Payroll Leaders. This session will explore the impact of AI, Earned Wage Access (EWA), and the importance of cybersecurity in payroll management.
Panelists for this session will include Melanie Pizzey (CEO, GPA), Sachin Goklaney (Head of Commercial, Ebury), Emile Siegers (Vice President, ADP), and Stephane Janse Van Rensburg (Service Director, ADP South Africa).
