WHAT WE HAVE BEEN UP TO THIS YEAR (2018)

It has been a busy year for us this year. Our employment and payroll outsourcing solutions in Africa have been in high demand in various industries across the world. Our business continues to grow thanks to the support of our clients and partners. Africa continues to show amazing growth and a continent of development in the business world. The World Bank Reports shows that 6 of the 10 fastest growing economies in the world are in Africa. This is incredible, especially in a region where poverty, corruption, famine and disease continue to affect the people. At Africa HR Solutions, we love to see the continent developing and growing further. Employment Outsourcing or Umbrella Services or PEO continues to be our number one service we provide to clients across 45 countries in Africa, helping them to mobilise their workforce and onboard employees effectively and efficiently while remaining compliant and following local legislation laws. Our solutions allow companies to operate and employ people without the need to have a registered company. We have helped countless of companies in the finance, Mining, Oil & gas, Healthcare, FMCG, Engineering & construction, Transport, IT & telecoms as well as NGO sectors. Major growth came from the NGO and Oil & Gas industry in 2018. We also assisted many expats to safely arrive in their country of mobilisation with our immigration solutions. This includes arranging work permits, and any business visa’s or documentation required. On top of this, we provided the additional support services such as insurances, pension schemes and others to name a few. In July we visited the USA and attended the annual Humentum conference which was a great opportunity to touch base with the NGO and Non-profit community and provide support to their projects in Africa. It was a busy year for Africa HR Solutions with some learning curves included and we can only say that we are certainly excited for the future.

WHAT'S ON THE CARDS FOR 2019

With an increased staff force and expanded office space, Africa HR Solutions hopes to expand their client base and reach out to more potential clients. Our countries of service will also grow as we aim to complete our coverage of the entire continent. We have some exciting new partnerships we will grow and expand with. We also look forward to focussing more on payroll services in the continent, with a focus on being able to handle large numbers for firms who have a high head-count across various countries in Africa. This will allow a one-stop solution for all HR outsourcing, with various arms to support our clients needs. Business Process outsourcing becomes a popular solution for many Organisations who wish to optimise their operations and focus on their core activities, freeing up time, energy and personnel for those important tasks.
