Employment contracts are recommended in Seychelles, which can be made in both verbal or written formats. Most employees choose a written agreement that consists of all information about their job position – a monthly wage, compensation, leaves, bonus if applicable, and termination requirements. Employees are entitled to vacation, sick and parental leaves. The standard workweek may not exceed 60 hours. Seychelles has free universal healthcare; private services are also available. Being the leader in HR outsourcing in Africa, we offer a comprehensive offering to ensure your business expansion to Seychelles is seamless and aligned to all regulatory aspects. We also devise a competitive benefits scheme to attract the best talent to your organisation while you dedicate your time to run your business.
