EOR (Employer of Record) service providers offer recruitment as part of their solution.
But Africa HR Solutions doesn’t, which may be surprising, and even vaguely disappointing… until you learn why that is so, and how, as a client, you are not missing out.

But first…does this mean that Africa HR Solutions doesn’t actually work in the employment sector?

No, it is only the first steps of employment that we do not personally manage, i.e head-hunting and recruitment. But we take care of all the remaining aspects of employment for you:

  • Contract drafting and employee classification
  • Onboarding
  • Payroll
  • Benefits Administration
  • Compliance with local legislation
  • Offboarding
  • And more standard or exceptional services

Why we don’t offer recruitment services:

Because we want to focus on what we do best for you

We believe in specialisation – which is why we focus on Africa, for example, as opposed to the whole world. We are not jacks of all trades, rather, we are experts in what we do.  

With recruitment being such a time and labour-intensive task, we’ve chosen to focus our team’s efforts on other crucial responsibilities and excel at what we do for you. This kind of specialisation is how we can offer 100% GUARANTEED compliance in 50+ countries across Africa. Other service providers simply do not and cannot provide this, mostly because of their generalist profiles.  

There is simply not enough time and resources for EOR service providers to offer recruitment services and all other EOR services to the degree of excellence that you, as a client, have a right to expect.  

It’s not compliance if it’s only 99% compliance.  

Payroll is no good if there are always subtle miscalculations.  

Contract drafting is no good if your service provider omits culture and country-specific clauses. 

Which is why we have chosen not to offer recruitment services at all, rather than compromise on the quality of the service we offer you.
